bummer but good [17 Nov 2005|06:40pm] so i got back in to working out and im pretty excited i feel a lot better and believe it or not havent been drinking, but have been eating well.on the other hand my brother who is 23 and in the army got back from iraq about a year ago and was recently told hes going to be shipped back. i love my brother to death. i wish him the best. i love you teddy ..drink like a champion
